Thank you for your interest in my website. The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and utilisation is important to me. Your data are protected in accordance with the German legal requirements. Hereafter, you will find information on the kind of data collected during your visit and how they are used:

1. Collection and processing of data

All traffic on my website and all retrievals of files linked with my website are recorded. The storage of these data serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following data are recorded: name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, messages about successful retrievals, web browser and requesting domain. Also, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded. Personal data are only collected if you provide them voluntarily, for example in connection with an inquiry or a registration.

2. Utilisation and transfer of personal data

The personal data you have provided me with will only be used to answer your queries, to handle the contracts concluded with you and for technical administration purposes. Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties or otherwise if necessary for the fulfilment of the contract - particularly the transfer of order data to suppliers -, for invoicing or if you expressly agreed beforehand. With effect for the future, you have the right to revoke your given consent at any time. Your personal data will be deleted when you revoke your consent to their storage, when they are no longer needed to fulfil the purpose of their storage or when their storage is unlawful for other legal reasons.

3. Right to information

Upon your written request, I will gladly inform you about your stored personal data. Security advice: I endeavour to take all possible technical and organisational measures to store your personal data in such a way that they are not accessible by third parties. As I am unable to guarantee complete data privacy when communicating by e-mail, I advise that you use the usual postal route to send me confidential information.

Such cookies enable you to move freely on the website and use all its features; this also includes access to secured areas of my website. To add your address to our newsletter mailing list, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This procedure reliably prevents your e-mail address from being added to our newsletter mailing list without your explicit consent. After you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation link to your e-mail address for verification. Only after you have clicked on this link to confirm you want to receive our newsletter, will your e-mail address be added to our mailing list. After you have successfully signed up for the newsletter, the requesting IP address and the date will be stored by the system.

Unsubscription from newsletter

You may cancel your subscription to our newsletter at any time. Each of our newsletters contains a so-called opt-out link. By simply clicking on this unsubscribe link, your e-mail address will be deleted from our mailing list, so that no further newsletters will be sent to your e-mail address.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer to analyse your use of the website. The information collected by the cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the U.S.A. where it is stored.
